The Nike Shox Cognescenti is a well-cushioned training shoe for a multitude of activities. Nike Shox cushioning provides a responsive ride while the innersleeve upper construction improves fit and reduces irritation.
Upper
The stretch fit tongue is constructed with an innersleeve that minimizes layers for an improved fit. The perforated heel and saddle increase breathability and a cord lace system ensures a consistent fit thereby providing excellent comfort.
Sole
The 4 column Nike Shox cushioning platform works between two Pebax plates to provide independent impact attenuation. The Phylon/PU interlock midsole gives enhanced cushioning and increased durability while the encapsulated Air-Sole unit provides excellent lightweight cushioning. The beveled BRS 1000 crash pad improves durability, transitioning into a lattice design forefoot for reduced weight. An improved ride is achieved through stepped lugs, which optimizes deflection.
